- Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (EST) on business days are prioritized for same-day processing.
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and third-party courier performance.

7. Shipping Issues & Claims
Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us immediately at support@shopflair.store.
Damaged Packages:
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging to speed up resolution.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not been shipped.

9. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Return shipping is free. We’ll provide a prepaid return label upon request.
