3. Return Shipping Responsibilities

  • If the item is defective, damaged, a change of mind, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number as proof of return.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
